The rules the Twisters play under
The Twisters play under the Mid-Iowa MSBL rule book.
The Twisters are one club of 23 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
The platform behind it is down for every league it hosts.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
