The paperwork behind the Oaks
The paperwork Oaks deal with belongs to the Mid-Iowa MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Oaks is the Mid-Iowa MSBL's.
Not mid-iowa, not desmoinesmsbl -- the entire state, on the domain a person or an institution would reach for first.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
