The rules the Youngstown Cardinals play under
The Youngstown Cardinals play under the Mahoning Valley AA Baseball League rule book.
The league names a champion every year from 2016 to 2025 on its own front page.
The league sets the rules and publishes what it publishes.
Rules that decide what the Youngstown Cardinals may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
