Through the league
Registration for Orioles Baseball runs through the Long Island MSBL/MABL rather than the club. LeagueLineup carries the league's online forms, and a player signs up to the league and is placed.
Placement is the league's decision, so choosing Orioles Baseball specifically is not something the form asks about.
Being placed by a league office is fine until you have a club in mind, and High Cheese lets Orioles Baseball recruit for themselves.
