Through the league
Registration for Long Island Legends runs through the Long Island MSBL/MABL rather than the club. LeagueLineup carries the league's online forms, and a player signs up to the league and is placed.
Placement is the league's decision, so choosing Long Island Legends specifically is not something the form asks about.
A player who wants Long Island Legends specifically has no way to say so, which is what the High Cheese free agent pool is for.
