The rules the Monarchs play under
The Monarchs play under the Kansas City MSBL/MABL rule book.
The Monarchs are one club of 33 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
The current outage is platform-wide and may well end this week.
Rules that decide what the Monarchs may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
