The paperwork behind the Dodgers
The paperwork Dodgers deal with belongs to the Kansas City MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Dodgers publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Two Kansas City adult baseball leagues, two different platforms, two identical outcomes -- nothing readable, nothing recoverable, nothing a searching player can use.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
