The paperwork behind the Brewers
The paperwork Brewers deal with belongs to the Kansas City MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Brewers are one club of 33 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
The current outage is platform-wide and may well end this week.
Whatever the Brewers ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
