The paperwork behind the Astros
The paperwork Astros deal with belongs to the Kansas City MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Astros play out of Kansas City, MO.
Our records already carry a Kansas City league whose hosted site was folded into a software vendor's homepage and erased.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Astros would keep it.
