How to join the Rays
Players do not sign up with Rays directly. They register with the Kansas City MSBL/MABL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Rays play out of Kansas City, MO.
The current outage is platform-wide and may well end this week.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to Missouri, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
