The rules the National Ducks play under
The National Ducks play under the Kansas City MSBL/MABL rule book.
The National Ducks are one club of 33 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
The current outage is platform-wide and may well end this week.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
