The paperwork behind the Hitmen
The paperwork Hitmen deal with belongs to the Kansas City MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Hitmen play out of Kansas City, MO.
Our records already carry a Kansas City league whose hosted site was folded into a software vendor's homepage and erased.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
