The rules the Ducks play under
The Ducks play under the Kansas City MSBL/MABL rule book.
Everything public about the Ducks is the Kansas City MSBL/MABL's.
The schedule, the standings and every roster render as pages the league owns, and a vendor's bad day stops being a league's disappearance.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
