The paperwork behind the Blues
The paperwork Blues deal with belongs to the Kansas City MSBL/MABL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Blues play out of Kansas City, MO.
The current outage is platform-wide and may well end this week.
