No way in
There is no registration form, fee, deadline, tryout date or free agent route reachable for this league. A man in Kansas City who wants to play adult baseball and searches for it by name arrives at a software vendor.
The league may well have a full roster and a season under way; there is simply no public evidence of it. A High Cheese join page carries a league's terms and a free agent pool on an address it controls, so a competition stays joinable whatever happens to the company that built its website.
