The league's forms
Every document behind EXPOS is the Kansas City Amateur Baseball Association's: online forms, handouts and waivers, all under the league's own menu on LeagueLineup.
Waivers are the league's to collect and the club's to chase, which is the wrong way round.
The paperwork EXPOS actually hand a player belongs to EXPOS, and High Cheese is where it lives.
