How to join the Titans
Players do not sign up with Titans directly. They register with the Houston Baseball Association, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
They are one of forty-one clubs the directory carries for this league.
Registration runs by season, spring and fall.
Somebody who wants the Titans specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
