The paperwork behind the Thundercats
The paperwork Thundercats deal with belongs to the Houston Baseball Association: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league runs five divisions and places players into them by standard, so which one this club plays in is the first thing worth knowing about it.
Nothing a club produced appears anywhere.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Thundercats would keep it.
