The paperwork behind the Stros
The paperwork Stros deal with belongs to the Houston Baseball Association: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league runs five divisions and places players into them by standard, so which one this club plays in is the first thing worth knowing about it.
Nothing a club produced appears anywhere.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
