The paperwork behind the Panthers
The paperwork Panthers deal with belongs to the Houston Baseball Association: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
They are one of forty-one clubs the directory carries for this league.
There is no rule book on the site.
Whatever the Panthers ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
