The paperwork behind the Naturals
The paperwork Naturals deal with belongs to the Houston Baseball Association: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league's tables render after load, so no record of theirs is readable.
There is no rule book on the site.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
