The paperwork behind the HTX
The paperwork HTX deal with belongs to the Houston Baseball Association: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league runs five divisions and places players into them by standard, so which one this club plays in is the first thing worth knowing about it.
The league publishes a skill guide and a privacy policy.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
