How to join the Apex
Players do not sign up with Apex directly. They register with the Houston Baseball Association, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
They are one of forty-one clubs the directory carries for this league.
It publishes a skill guide with four rows and four columns to help.
Somebody who wants the Apex specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
