The rules the Forest City play under
The Forest City play under the Greater Cleveland Adult Baseball rule book for the 30+ division.
The Forest City came out of the season -61 on runs.
The league declined the new major league pitch clock rules and instead asks batters to stay in the box between pitches, with time outs not granted.
The 30+ rule set is the one that governed all 11 of these games, and High Cheese keeps it where a player checking one thing mid-season will actually find it.
