Windom Pirates

Class C baseball in Windom, Minnesota

The Windom Pirates are an amateur baseball club from Windom, Minnesota, playing Class C in the First Nite League under the Minnesota Baseball Association. They went 20-2 in 2026 under manager Nick Kulseth at Island Park.

Twenty wins and two defeats. Only Bluffton's 19-1 and Morris's 13-1 finished with a better ratio anywhere in this set, and Windom played more games than either.

Thirteen classification points is mid Class C, which after a season like that has almost no chance of surviving the next assessment.

The First Nite League produced the widest spread in this directory: Windom at 20-2, Fairmont at 11-5, Jackson at 12-7, Lakefield at 3-14 and the Heron Lake Lakers at 0-16. One division, one summer, and the gap between top and bottom is twenty games.

Windom is a Cottonwood County seat of about four thousand five hundred, and Island Park is on an island in the Des Moines River, which is a better setting than most clubs get.

This is the fourth Pirates in the Minnesota set.

Twenty and two, on an island in the Des Moines River, at thirteen classification points. High Cheese gives Windom the page where the setting and the season sit together.
