How to join the Rockies
Players do not sign up with Rockies directly. They register with the East Carolina Adult Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The league runs a registration page and a managers page.
Somebody who wants the Rockies specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
