Membership, not registration
The league calls it a membership fee rather than a registration fee, and for the 2026 season players are directed to a payment link sent to them by their manager.
The wording is deliberate. Becoming a member, in the league's own framing, provides the chance to keep playing and an opportunity to reinvest back into the local baseball community, with the right to nominate a cause.
Routing payment through the manager means the club is the unit of membership, and it also means an unattached player has no visible way in.
High Cheese gives a league a join page and a free agent pool, so somebody without a manager to send him a link still has a route.
