The paperwork behind the Pirates
The paperwork Pirates deal with belongs to the East Carolina Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Both sit behind subpages that answer 404 to a direct request.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
