The paperwork behind the Mets
The paperwork Mets deal with belongs to the East Carolina Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league keeps a league documents page and a document submission form.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
