The paperwork behind the Padres
The paperwork Padres deal with belongs to the Detroit MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
They are one of 17 clubs the directory carries for this league, and none of the 17 has a readable record.
Nothing a club produced appears anywhere.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
