The paperwork behind the Mariners
The paperwork Mariners deal with belongs to the Denver MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The league's certificate does not match the address this directory holds for it, so an ordinary request is refused before a page is served.
A club here has nothing on paper of its own.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
