The Webster Sox publish a roster with jersey numbers, positions, ages, bats and throws, school and experience level. The ages on it run from eighteen to thirty-two.
Fourteen years, no minors, nothing past the early thirties. A narrow, working-age Class B roster that won twenty of twenty-four, out of a settlement with no town limits.
None of it is reproduced here. A published roster is real people from Webster with their ages and schools attached, and it is theirs rather than ours.
