No board published
The Elko Express publish no board, officers or committee. Terry Fredrickson is named as manager and that is the only role attached to the club.
The Minnesota Baseball Association publishes its own directors and past minutes, but that governs the association rather than anything in Elko New Market.
When the person who knew everything about Elko New Market stops turning up, a club needs its officers written down; High Cheese is where.
