Zero of five
Who can play, where, when, what it costs and how to join are all unanswerable for this league. Its address redirects to a software company's homepage, and nothing about Columbia baseball survives at it.
That is not a league failing to publish — it is a league that published and then lost the place it published to. A claimed league on High Cheese answers all five on an address it owns, so the answers outlive the platform that hosted them.
