The rules the Marlins play under
The Marlins play under the Chicago North MSBL rule book.
Everything public about the Marlins is the Chicago North MSBL's.
What a 65+ game needs, in courtesy runners and pitching limits and how long an afternoon lasts, is not what an 18+ game needs.
Rules that decide what the Marlins may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
