The paperwork behind the Marlins
The paperwork Marlins deal with belongs to the Chicago North MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Marlins publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The league publishes COVID-19 Waivers among its registration material, alongside first-time league registration, draft sign-up and umpire registration.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
