How to join the Woodpeckers
Players do not sign up with Woodpeckers directly. They register with the Chicago Central MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Woodpeckers publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
An expired certificate is the cheapest possible way to become invisible.
Somebody who wants the Woodpeckers specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
