The paperwork behind the Woodpeckers
The paperwork Woodpeckers deal with belongs to the Chicago Central MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Woodpeckers publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The site is intact behind it -- schedule, standings, whatever the league built -- and none of it can be reached by anyone who is not prepared to override a security warning.
Whatever the Woodpeckers ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
