The rules the Rays play under
The Rays play under the Chesapeake MSBL rule book.
The Rays are one club of 33 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
No local rulebook renders on the readable page.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
