The paperwork behind the Patriots
The paperwork Patriots deal with belongs to the Chesapeake MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Patriots publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The league's readable documents are its registration form and a privacy policy.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Patriots would keep it.
