The paperwork behind the Backyard Goats
The paperwork Backyard Goats deal with belongs to the Chesapeake MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Backyard Goats play out of Annapolis, MD.
No waiver, rulebook or field agreement renders.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
