A day with a running order
The 80th Season Celebration on July 25 was published as a timetable rather than an announcement: a league game at 11:00am, the recognition ceremony at 1:30pm, the alumni game at 2:00pm, all at Rainbow Field.
Publishing the running order rather than just the date is what lets an old player who has not been back in twenty years work out when to turn up for the part he cares about.
The league also keeps a Schedule and Results section.
High Cheese puts the season and its occasions on one calendar that subscribes to a player's phone.
