A door with a phone next to it
There is no registration form, no fee, no deadline and no free agent route published. The only way to join is to contact the league president directly.
For a small association that may be perfectly workable, and it is also the reason nobody who has not already heard of the league will ever find their way in. High Cheese gives a league a join page carrying the terms and a free agent pool underneath, so an unattached player in Lexington is in front of the managers rather than in a voicemail.
