A page, not a person
The league keeps a Contact Us section in its main navigation. No email address, phone number or officer renders in the plain page.
For a league that publishes results within days, maintains all-time standings and dates its own waiver, somebody is plainly at the wheel and is not named.
A claimed league on High Cheese has a contact that a person and a search engine can both read.
