The paperwork behind the Cardinals
The paperwork Cardinals deal with belongs to the Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Cardinals is the Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League's.
The league publishes a 2026 Player Waiver, a Forms section and a Player Pool Form, and keeps them in its main navigation rather than buried.
Whatever the Cardinals ask a new player to sign is the club's own document, and High Cheese is the only place it would live.
