Who runs the Cardinals
The Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League publishes no officers for Cardinals. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Cardinals publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
No officers, board or commissioners are listed, though somebody has kept an all-time standings table since 1989.
A club with nobody named publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page names the people the Cardinals already have.
