A form, and no person
The league's route in is its New Players signup. No email address, phone number or officer renders on the readable page.
For a league operating across an international border, a named contact is worth more than usual, because the questions are not only about baseball.
A claimed league on High Cheese has a contact a person and a search engine can both read.
