The paperwork behind N. Andover Thunder
The paperwork N. Andover Thunder deal with belongs to the Boston Metro Baseball League: a season waiver every player fills out, a code of conduct, a rule book per division, an insurance request form and a certificate of insurance managers can pull for a field permit.
A certificate of insurance is what a town asks for before it hands over a field permit, which makes it the one document a North Andover club actually needs on a Saturday morning.
Every document behind N. Andover Thunder belongs to the league, and High Cheese is where the ones that are the club's own would live.
