The paperwork behind the Royals
The paperwork Royals deal with belongs to the Austin Metro Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Royals finished 13-3-2 in the 38+ division.
The waiver is the document everything turns on, and no player, manager, base coach or bullpen catcher may take part until it is complete.
Everything on paper behind 13-3-2 belongs to the league, and High Cheese is where the part that belongs to the club would live.
