Who runs the Colt 45s
The Austin Metro Baseball League publishes no officers for Colt 45s. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Colt 45s came out of the season +99 on runs.
The rule book names a league president and a treasurer as the people a waiver goes to, and names no club officer anywhere.
A club with nobody named publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page names the people the Colt 45s already have.
